With its adjustable head end, the 800i could help lessen the severity of snoring. During deep sleep, the muscles in the roof of your mouth, tongue and throat relax. This can partially block your airways and cause vibration, causing a snoring sound. By using the 800i to elevate your head slightly, the airways remain open, limiting the vibrations and reducing or stopping the snoring.
